The title Everywhere, Everywhen is a reference to the Indigenous concept of The Dreaming and time itself, which sees past, present, and future as being co-existent but on different plains, a fascinating concept very different to Western perceptions of chronology. The book further details how sites and features of the natural landscape, as well as certain cultural practices and ceremonies, provide, according to Indigenous beliefs, portals into these different realms.
