Nancy Bennett has spent forty years working in education. When George Ernst approached her about writing his life story, she was up for the challenge. Bennett specializes in fostering literacy in special education students and hopes that George's journey in The Man Who Didn't Read or Write will inspire individuals frustrated with their education. Bennett received her doctorate in educational leadership. She and her husband have developed two charter schools in Arizona. She lives in central Phoenix, Arizona, with her husband, Fred, and their two dogs, Penny and Master.
