He builds, advises, and facilitates L&D courses for New Horizons - Central and works closely with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies on how to be more effective leaders in their daily lives.

With a Ph.D. in Instructional Management and Leadership from Robert Morris University, Jason has a wealth of applicable knowledge for conducting synchronous and asynchronous trainings and developing course materials for both live and online training sessions. He has published multiple articles in the field of Education and was recognized as the #1 Worldwide Business Facilitator in New Horizons' entire network for 2020.
