Hi, my name is Parker Self and I am the creator of the No Limits Lacrosse program. I am a former Division One Lacrosse player from the U.S. Air Force Academy and Saint Joseph's University and an Under Armour All-American. As I was trying to get recruited for lacrosse I realized that there were no great resources for strength and conditioning training for our sport. Since then I have worked with multiple strength and conditioning facilities and professional trainers to develop a sport specific program for lacrosse. This program was developed to help you become a better all-around athlete and lacrosse player. Hopefully it will help you as much as it helped me!
