Kathy Mansfield is a library media consultant and was a school librarian for more than two decades in Kentucky inner city, suburban, and rural elementary schools. She currently provides information and resources to Kentucky K-12 school librarians and advocates for quality library media programs at a state agency and through participation in state and national school library professional organizations.
