Bob Wagner has been a forensic investigator of financial and economic issues related to complex litigation for more than three decades, including being hired by the federal government to investigate Bill and Hillary Clinton's potential involvement in the Whitewater scandal. He regularly provides expert testimony in federal and state courts on his forensic reconstructions of complex controversies. Wagner graduated from Seattle University and lives in the Seattle area with his wife, Diane, and daughter, Allison.
