When ISIS invaded the Yezidi areas around Mount Sinjar in Northern Iraq, one village waited, and hoped, while others fled. The result was disastrous. The men were immediately executed, the older women buried alive, the younger women and girls sold into sexual slavery, and the boys brainwashed into serving ISIS fighters.
