Everything that follows comes from my own practice, experiments, and personal experiences. Those are based not only on developing my own body of work, but also from teaching Flow Painting Classes and developing my own unique high-quality line of Primal Flow Pre-Mixed Acrylic Pouring Paints. What I've included here is based on what I've found that works for my students and I, regardless of their level of experience or artistic background.
